Alpine beginnings, New York City bones, and Rocky Mountain medicine. These incredible landscapes have not just shaped where I have been. The city sharpened my sight, the mountains taught me to listen, and the plant kingdom showed me the way home to myself.

I love calling myself a Green Witch, as it encompasses everything I am: an Herbalist, Spiritual Counselor, Psychic Teacher, Reiki Practitioner, Color Therapist, and Photographer, mother to human and furry souls, and lifelong student of the universe and of the plants. We contain multitudes after all!

For the past 15 years, I have been walking alongside people at the most tender and pivotal moments of their lives. Helping them hear what they already know, helping them return to their bodies, their instincts, and their own deep wisdom. My work and passions live at the intersections of earth, creativity, energy, body, spirit, and instinct.

Plants have been my greatest allies in this work. They are patient, honest, offer insurmountable wisdom, have a great sense of humor, and help quiet the noise of everyday life. When I sit with them, I remember who I am.

That remembering is what Green Spirit Alchemy is built on. The belief that our body is intelligent and that intuition is our birthright. The wisdom we are searching for has been inside us, and in the earth beneath us!
