Green Spirit Alchemy
is a way of living.
Alpine beginnings, New York City bones, Rocky Mountain medicine, and now home around Stowe in Vermont’s Green Mountains. These incredible landscapes shaped who I am. The city sharpened my sight, the mountains taught me to listen, and the plant kingdom helped me remember who I am.
That ‘remembering’ is how Green Spirit Alchemy came to be. The wisdom we are searching for has always been inside us, and in the earth beneath us.
I tune into the language of plants, the language of the body, the language of the spirit, and help translate what they’re trying to tell you and me!
I love calling myself a Green Witch, as it encompasses everything I am: an Herbalist, Spiritual Counselor, Psychic Teacher, Reiki Practitioner, Color Therapist, and Photographer, mother, and lifelong student of the universe and the plants. We contain multitudes after all.
For the past 15 years, I have been walking alongside people at the most tender and pivotal moments of their lives. Helping them hear what they already know, helping them return to their bodies, their instincts, and their own wisdom.

Herbalism as a Way of Life
Herbalism teaches patience and being in the moment. It reminds us that growth happens slow, step by step, and that tending itself is medicine.
Intuition is Embodied
Intuition is not abstract.
It speaks through taste, sensation, emotion, image, and knowing. Your body is the gateway!
Spirit is not Separate
The soul is part of the body.
The body is part of the soul.
Being human makes you inherently spiritual.
Empowerment over Authority
My work is about teaching you how to listen, experiment, and trust yourself.
There is nothing better than being in-tune with your intuition!
Communication Is Everywhere
The universe speaks through feelings, plants, animals, trees, and objects.
Learning to read the signs already around you is not a rare gift! It’s a birthright that just needs to be practiced.
